The Skills I wish to develop further...

Some of the skills I wish to develop further include gaining a greater understanding of the roles that contribute to a production. If I gain a greater understanding of roles such as cinematography, sound and editing it will give me the knowledge to be able to organise these roles more effectively and efficiently. I would also like to develop my team leading skills as this is an important skill to have as a producer. In the past I have had many opportunities to develop these skills but I believe you can never stop learning and improving your abilities.
